Litherland Moss Primary School

Welcome To

Litherland Moss Primary School

Whether you already have a child at Litherland Moss or you are a parent or carer who is considering sending your child here, we hope you find our website useful. Its purpose is to state our school's aims and to serve as a reference point for some of the practical matters that you will need to know from time to time.

Litherland Moss academised in September 2018 and joined The Heath Family (NW) Multi Academy Trust. Here is the link to their website HeathFamilyNW. We have very strong links with the additional seven schools that make up the trust and with whom we are proud to be working alongside.

In June 2022 we moved! We now we share a fabulous building, The Litherland Campus', with Litherland High School.

We provide a rich curriculum, and we are very proud of our children’s achievements; particularly in the basic skills of reading, writing and mathematics. To broaden children’s horizons further, we offer a wide range of extracurricular activities.

All the work we do in school is underpinned by our six values:

kindness
respect
aspiration
resilience
integrity
collaboration

Children and adults are encouraged to promote the values in all their work and interactions with others.

Within our school community it is the expectation that everyone (staff, pupils and parents) promote aspiration and ambition, encourage others to learn and be the best they can be, celebrate all achievements and then recognise their importance to the individual.

If you are a prospective parent and would like to view the school, please telephone the office to make an appointment. Alternatively, you can call the school office between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and someone will be available to help you.

We look forward to meeting you.

Ms J. Gibbons
Headteacher
